Troubleshooting method of circuit breaker tester

1. The LCD screen does not light up when the machine is turned on, please replace the power fuse. If it still does not light up after replacing the power fuse, please turn off the power immediately and return to the factory for repair. Please do not open the instrument panel to check, there is high voltage inside, pay attention to safety.

2. After changing the printing paper, printing is not displayed, because the printing paper is thermal paper, please put it on the other side.

3. After the instrument is plugged into the break line, the circuit breaker is in the open state and one or three phases of the instrument are all displayed in the closed state. There are the following two situations:

⑴ If the instrument becomes sub-state after unplugging the break line, use the multimeter buzzer to check whether the break line is short-circuited or connected incorrectly.

⑵ If the instrument is in the closed state after unplugging the break line, use a multimeter to check whether the circuit breaker is leaking. If there is a leakage phenomenon, please do not connect to other fractures for testing. Only when the leakage phenomenon is eliminated, the test can be performed by changing to other fractures. If there is no leakage phenomenon, then the instrument is faulty. First set A2 as the main fracture, and then perform the test.

4. The circuit breaker does not operate: test after connecting the test wire. If the internal trigger control wire is wired correctly, the instrument will issue a switch command and the circuit breaker still does not operate. First, check whether the voltage setting of the instrument is correct, and then use a multimeter to set the DC mode

Check whether the power output is normal. Test whether there is voltage output in the energy storage control in the test menu. Press the "→" button to switch on and store the energy, then use the red and black wires to connect to the multimeter for testing. Press the "←" key to open and store energy, then connect the green and black wires to the multimeter for testing. If the voltage output is normal, please check whether the control circuit and mechanism of the circuit breaker are jammed. If there is no voltage output, please return to the factory for repair.
