1. Conventional method:


 (Such as measuring transformation ratio, DC resistance, etc.) Because the measurement sensitivity is too low, it is difficult to diagnose transformer winding deformation.


2. Capacitance method:


Take a dual-winding transformer (low inside and high outside) as an example. When using a bridge to conduct the dielectric loss of the transformer winding and the bushing, the low-voltage winding-to-ground concentrated capacitance CL, the high-low-voltage winding capacitance CHL and the high-voltage winding to ground can be measured and calculated Capacitance CH.


3. Low voltage impedance method:


By measuring the impedance or leakage reactance of the transformer winding at 50 Hz, the change in impedance or leakage reactance is used to determine whether the transformer winding has any deformation that endangers the operation, such as inter-turn short circuit, open circuit, coil displacement, etc.


Four, frequency response method


Input the frequency sweep voltage signal Vs at one end of the winding (input sine wave voltage signals of different frequencies in sequence), and simultaneously detect the voltage signals Vi(n) and Vo(n) at both ends of the winding at different scanning frequencies through the digital recording equipment to obtain The transfer function H(n) of the transformer winding under test:


Through the comparison of the four test methods, we know that the frequency response method has obvious advantages over other methods. The transformer winding deformation tester is manufactured according to the frequency response method.
