What should be paid attention to when wiring the loop resistance tester?

1. The connection between the instrument panel of the loop resistance tester and the test wire should be tightened, and there should be no looseness.

2. According to the four-terminal wiring, the current line should be clamped on the outside of the tested product, and the voltage line should be clamped on the inside of the tested product. In addition, the current and voltage must be of the same polarity. There should be no error in the wiring. It will lead to data errors, more serious or even failures.

3. When there is no error in the wiring check of the loop resistance tester, connect to 220v AC, turn on the power switch, pay attention to check, and finally the loop resistance tester can enter the power-on state.

4. Adjust the current selection button, select the current gear you want to use, adjust to the gear, and then press the measurement key on the panel. After pressing the button, the resistance meter will display the value of the measured loop resistance.
