Operation precautions for DC resistance tachometer

The DC resistance tachometer uses high-speed microcontroller as the core, adopts high-speed A/D converter and program-controlled current source technology to achieve good measurement results and highly automated measurement functions. It is a new generation product for DC resistance testing.

1. The instrument should be grounded reliably, and the instrument should be turned on after the test line is connected. During the output current test, the test line must not be removed to avoid accidents. After the completion of the arc suppression indicator alarm, the power supply must be turned off and the test line removed.

2. When measuring the no-load voltage-regulating transformer, you must wait for the discharge indication alarm to stop before you can switch the tap point and switch the gear.

3. Short-circuit the coils other than the test circuit that do not need to be measured, which can effectively remove electromagnetic interference.

4. During automatic testing, the instrument automatically outputs current according to the resistance of the test sample; when manually selecting files, please select the possible current test, which will effectively improve the test accuracy.

5. When using the internal battery (the AC type does not have this function): the main power supply is turned off, press the internal battery switch button, after the internal battery is turned on, wait for a few seconds for the light screen to display, then it can be used normally. Charging only needs to insert AC220V voltage into the power socket, and the indicator light indicates charging. If the main power supply is turned on, the internal power supply may enter the protection state. At this time, it can be unlocked as long as the AC power is connected!
