1. The high-voltage test should be filled with a kind of work ticket. Fill out a work ticket when an electrical connection part is inspected and tested at the same time. However, before the test, the permission of the person in charge of the maintenance work should be obtained. In the same electrical connection part, after the high-voltage test work ticket is issued, it is forbidden to issue a second work ticket. If the disconnection point between the pressurized part and the overhaul part has a sufficient safety distance according to the test voltage, and there is a short circuit on the other side, the series resonance can be tested on one side of the disconnection point, and the other side can continue. Work, but at this time, the disconnection point should be hung up with a "stop, high voltage danger!" sign, and a special person should be supervised;

2. No less than two people are allowed for high-voltage test work. The person in charge of the test should be an experienced person. Before the start of the test, the person in charge of the test should arrange the safety precautions in the test in detail by all the test personnel;

3. When the equipment connector needs to be disconnected due to the test, mark it before disassembling and check it after connection;

4. The metal shell of the test device should be grounded reliably, the high-voltage lead should be shortened as much as possible, and if necessary, be supported firmly with insulators. The power switch of the test device should be a double-switch that is obviously disconnected. An insulating cover is added to the blade, there should be two power switches in series in the low-voltage circuit of the test device, and an overload automatic trip device should be installed;

5. Fences or fences should be installed at the test site, and a "Stop, high voltage danger!" sign should be hung outward and guarded. When the two ends of the tested equipment are not in the same place, the other point should be guarded;

6. Before pressurizing, you must carefully check, test the wiring meter to count the magnification, the voltage regulator in the zero position and the starting state of the meter, all are correct, notify the relevant personnel to leave the tested equipment, and obtain the permission of the person in charge before pressurizing , During the pressurization, there should be monitoring and singing, and the high-pressure test staff should concentrate their energy and not chat with others during all the pressurization, and be alert to abnormal phenomena at any time. The operator should stand on the insulating mat;

7. When the wiring is changed or the test is over, the test power should be disconnected first, discharge and short-circuit the high-voltage part of the booster equipment to the ground;

8. The tested equipment of the big melter without ground wire should be discharged before the test. When the high voltage DC test comes to an end or ends, the equipment should be discharged to the ground several times and short-circuited to the ground;

9. At the end of the test, the test personnel should remove the self-installed grounding short-circuit wire, inspect the equipment under test and clean up the site;

10. For special important electrical tests, detailed test measures should be taken and approved by the production leader (chief engineer) in charge.
