1. LCD display description

This instrument adopts 240×128 high resolution gray backlit liquid crystal display LCD, which can display clearly even in strong sunlight. Parameter settings and test results are displayed on the LCD screen. Full Chinese character operation interface, clear graphics, beautiful and easy to operate.

2. Instructions for rotating the mouse

The function of rotating a mouse is similar to a mouse used on a computer. It has three operations: "Rotate Left", "Rotate Right", and "Click to Select". Through the three operations of the mouse, the cursor movement, data input and operation selection functions are realized.

Move the cursor: Move the cursor by turning the mouse left or right, move the cursor to the option you want to select, and "click" the knob to select the item.

Data input: When you need to modify or input data, move the cursor to the option that needs to modify the data, and click the mouse to enter the data modification operation (the cursor is reduced to the position being modified), and turn the mouse left or right. To increase or decrease the bit, click the mouse to confirm the modification of the bit. Rotate the mouse to enter the next modification. After the bit-by-bit modification is completed, the cursor increases to a full cursor, that is, the data modification operation is exited. At this time, the cursor can be moved away by rotating the mouse.

3. Turn on

After confirming that the wiring of the test line is correct, connect to the 220V AC power supply, close the power switch, and the instrument enters the power-on state. When the system is turned on, the buzzer will beep for a short time, indicating that the system is turned on.

4. Start the test

Select the "start test" item in the main interface, click the mouse, the instrument enters the test menu interface, as shown in Figure 5. The default test current is 100A, and the test time is 10s.

Click the mouse at the "test current" position, and the current value can be switched between 50A and 100A; rotate the mouse to the "test time" position, and use the rotating mouse to input data to set the test time.

Click the "Test" item, and the system enters the "Test Results" interface.

Click the "Return" item and the system will return to the previous interface.

Note: The test time setting range: 5s~599s, beyond this range, the system returns to the default value: 10s. In order to ensure more accurate test results, it is recommended to use the default value of 10s for the test time.

5. Test results

Click the "Test" item in the "Test Menu" to enter the "Test Results" interface, as shown in Figure 6. The resistance value, test current value and test time are displayed in sequence on the interface. Note: At this time, there is a large current flowing through the current line. Do not unplug the current line forcibly, otherwise it may cause injury to the operator and the instrument.
