The first point: Wiring instructions

There are four yellow, green, red and black terminals on the panel of the relay protection tester, which are connected to the voltage output terminal of the instrument. There is a DC output and power connection on the back. There is also a grounding jack for the tester to ground the equipment. After power on, according to the color of the coil, connect the corresponding terminal, the black coil is inserted into the black jack of the instrument, the other end is connected to the relay, and the other colors are connected in the same way. The second point: how to operate

Adjust the current amplitude and amplitude step size according to the current phase of your own terminal. Single-phase does not need to be set. For other phase tests, you need to adjust the phase. If you hear a "bell" during the test, turn the button to stop, and then Get the test action time, if you need to increase the measurement time, adjust the amplitude step.

The third point: output detection

Remove the test wire and use a multimeter to detect the current output, return the interface to the parameter setting interface of the AC test, first set the voltage, current amplitude and other parameters, then use the multimeter to test the voltage output on the panel, and then set the current amplitude Adjust the settings such as the amplitude step length, etc., switch the multimeter to the AC mode, insert the meter head of the multimeter into the current output of the panel, rotate the button on the instrument to start the test, observe whether the multimeter is consistent with the current on the instrument, and complete the test.
