What is the reason why the generator has no high voltage output during the test of the DC high voltage generator? DC high-voltage generators have a common defect, which is equipped with a built-in current-limiting resistor (actually a built-in water resistance) in the press cylinder. After the DC high voltage generator is used for a period of time, the distilled water in the built-in water resistance will dry up. Once such things happen, it will cause the generator to have no high voltage output.

Solution:

1. Refill distilled water into the high-pressure water resistance;

2. Remove and short-circuit the original one, and install an external current-limiting resistor to solve this type of failure.
