Common faults of circuit breaker tester
The circuit breaker tester is widely used in the related applications of calibrating and detecting the time reference of the high-voltage circuit breaker dynamic characteristic tester and calibrating the time measurement function of the high-voltage switch tester. How to troubleshoot common faults encountered in the use of the switch characteristic tester?
1. Failure phenomenon
After the device is successfully connected, start tests such as closing or opening, the calibration device shows a successful test, but the calibrated device does not respond (no successful operation is performed).
2. the solution
1. Disconnect all connections between the calibration equipment and the calibrated equipment;
2. The equipment is calibrated to make it in the "closing test...", at this time, use the ohm file of the multimeter to detect the resistance between the fracture points A, B, and C of the calibration equipment and the fracture ground. If the display is more than megohm, it means that the disconnecting simulator is in normal state, otherwise it means that there is a problem with disconnecting the simulator.
3. Set up the calibration equipment so that it is in the "opening test...". At this time, use the ohm file of the multimeter to detect the resistance between the fracture points A, B, and C of the calibration equipment and the fracture ground. If the display is 1 ohm, it indicates that the closing state of the disconnect simulator is normal, otherwise it indicates that there is a problem with the disconnect simulator.
4. If the calibration equipment is in production after the above-mentioned inspections, then the preliminary judgment is not the problem of the calibration equipment. It is necessary to carefully study the working characteristics of the calibrated equipment.
