Correct use of the discharge rod of the DC high voltage generator

1. Pull out all the flexible parts of the portable flexible new DC high-voltage discharge rod.

2. Insert the prepared ground wire plug into the jack at the head end of the DC high-voltage discharge rod, and connect the other end of the ground wire to the ground. The grounding must be reliable.

3. The discharge should be done after the experiment is over, that is, the boost knob of the control box of the DC high voltage generator returns to the zero position. At this moment, the voltage of the voltmeter on the control box can be investigated to drop to about 15KV～20KV before discharge.

4. When discharging, you should first use the metal tip of the front end of the DC high-voltage discharge rod, and slowly move into the test product that has been disconnected from the experimental power supply. At this moment, the discharge rod discharges the electric energy through the discharge resistor to discharge to the ground. Then use the hook on the discharge rod to hook the test sample for the second anti-electricity.
