Instructions:

1. Reliably ground the grounding end of the instrument and turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch display

2. Display the wiring method

3. Set the PT ratio

4. Start measuring data

5. View historical data

6. Click the "Confirm" button on the screen to enter the display wiring mode

Precautions for use:

1. When taking the reference voltage from the PT or the measuring end of the test transformer, the wiring should be carefully checked to avoid short circuit of the PT secondary or test voltage.

2. If the LCD character display is faded due to climate change and other reasons, the contrast adjustment knob can be adjusted appropriately to make the characters clear.

3. After the instrument is damaged, please stop using it immediately and notify the company, and do not open the box for repair.

The main problems in the operation of zinc oxide arresters:

1. Due to the cancellation of the series gap, the zinc oxide arrester can withstand the system voltage for a long time and flow current. The active component of the current in the valve plate will heat up, and the change of the volt-ampere characteristics will lead to the aging of the valve plate and even thermal breakdown as a result of long-term action.

2. The zinc oxide arrester is subjected to impulse voltage, and the valve plate will also age under the action of impulse voltage energy.

3. Moisture or poor insulation performance inside the zinc oxide arrester will increase the power frequency current, aggravate the power consumption, and cause internal discharge in severe cases.

4. The zinc oxide arrester is polluted by rain, snow, condensation or dust. Due to the difference in internal and external electrical releases, a relatively potential difference is generated between the internal valve plate and the external porcelain sleeve, resulting in radial discharge.
