How to use zinc oxide arrester leakage current tester:


⑴ High-frequency output and voltage and current measuring cables are quickly connected to multi-core sockets: zinc oxide arrester leakage current tester is used to connect the chassis and the voltage doubler part. When connecting, just align the white dot on the cable plug with the white dot on the socket and turn it clockwise. When disassembling, just turn the cable plug counterclockwise. Note: When installing or removing the plug, please grip the metal ring of the plug and rotate it. It is strictly prohibited to hold the cable to rotate and pull the cable to rotate to avoid disconnection between the plug and the cable.


⑵ Digital display voltmeter: LCD digital display DC high voltage output voltage, the unit is kV, and the minimum resolution is ±0.1kV.


⑶ Digital display ammeter: LCD liquid crystal digital display DC high voltage output current, the unit is uA, and the minimum resolution is ±0.1uA.


⑷ Power fuse holder: The fuse is 10A.


⑸ Power input socket: single-phase AC 220V±10%, 50Hz. Connect the power cord provided with the zinc oxide arrester leakage current tester to the power input socket (the socket comes with a fuse 10A or a separate fuse holder).

⑹ Grounding terminal: After this grounding terminal is connected to the grounding terminal of the pressure doubler and the test product at one point, then it is connected to the grounding grid.


⑺ Over-voltage setting dial switch: used to set the over-voltage protection value. The overvoltage setting range of the zinc oxide arrester leakage current tester is within 0.05-1.2 times the rated voltage, and the unit of the value displayed by the dial switch is kV.


⑻ Single and double section selector switch (special for double section pressure doubling cylinder), full voltage shift (section) switch: when the switch is turned to 1, the pressure doubling cylinder is a single section, and the voltmeter displays a single section doubling pressure Barrel voltage: When the switch is turned to 2, the doubler barrel is a double section, and the voltmeter shows the voltage of the double barrel doubler.


When using the double-section pressure doubler, please align the white dot mark of the lower flange of the upper section with the white dot of the upper flange of the lower section, and turn it clockwise until it touches the foot (about 30 degrees), that is, the upper and lower sections are electrically connected in place , And vice versa is unloading.


When using a single section, please don't forget to install the top cover of the other end to the top of the next section using the above method.


⑼ 75%VDC-1mA yellow button with light: effective when the red light is on. When the yellow button is pressed, the yellow light is on, the output high voltage drops to 0.75 times of the original, and keeps this state, this function is specially designed for zinc oxide arrester to quickly measure 0.75VDC-1mA, press the green button, the red light and the yellow light are both off , The high voltage is cut off and exits the 0.75 times state.


⑽ Green button with light: the green light is on to indicate that the power supply has been connected and the high voltage has been disconnected. When the red light is on, press the green button, the red light is off and the green light is on, and the high-voltage circuit is cut off.


⑾ Red button with light, high-voltage switch on button, high-voltage indicator light: when the green light is on, after pressing the red button, the red light is on and the green light is off, indicating that the high-voltage circuit is connected. The voltage can be boosted at this time. This button is valid only when the voltage regulator potentiometer returns to zero. If you press the red button, the red light is on and the green light is still on, but the red light is off when the button is released and the green light is on, indicating that the protection circuit inside the machine is working. Check if there are other faults before turning on the machine.


⑿ Coarse adjustment voltage adjustment potentiometer: The potentiometer is coarse adjustment multi-turn potentiometer, clockwise rotation is for boosting, and vice versa for stepping down. This potentiometer has the function of controlling the electronic zero position protection. Therefore, the zero position must be returned before boosting. The voltage adjustment accuracy is 0.1%kV. After the test, the potentiometer should return to the zero position.


⒀ Fine-tuning the voltage adjustment potentiometer: for adjusting the accuracy, the potentiometer is used for fine-tuning the multi-turn potentiometer. It rotates clockwise to increase the voltage, which is very slow, and vice versa. Fine adjustment is generally used to adjust the voltage accurately and do the zinc oxide arrester test, and finally adjust the current to accurately count. After the test, the potentiometer should return to the zero position.


⒁ Power switch: Press this switch upwards, the power is turned on, and the green light is on; otherwise, it is turned off. Avoid using this switch to directly turn off the high voltage. When shutting down, first make the voltage coarse adjustment and fine adjustment potentiometers return to zero, and then turn off the power switch.
