Before using the DC high-voltage generator, connect the connecting wire and the ground wire, and ensure that the grounding is reliable. If the zinc oxide arrester is removed for measurement, the zinc oxide arrester should be placed on the insulator, and a sufficient safety distance should be maintained.


First of all, the DC withstand voltage test should be carried out in dry weather as much as possible, and then wipe the test product clean and keep a sufficient safe distance from the surroundings. Before the test, the test product should be discharged to the ground.


Start the DC high voltage generator, turn the pressure limiting knob of the control panel to the right to large, and then increase at a constant rate at a rate of 2%%u8BD5 test voltage per second.
