1. Connect the working circuit according to the electrical schematic diagram, the transformer shell, and the console must be well grounded.

2. Turn on the power, the green indicator light on the console is on, press the start button, the red indicator light is on, and the current booster is waiting for the current to rise.

3. Evenly rotate the voltage regulator clockwise, pay attention to the output current indication on the console until the required large current, in order to ensure the test accuracy, a standard ammeter can be connected in series with the meter terminal.

4. During the test, once any abnormal phenomenon is found, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the cause should be found out before the test.

5. After the test is completed, the voltage regulator must be reset to zero, press the stop button to cut off the power supply, and cut off the working power supply before the test wiring can be removed to ensure safety.

6. The high-current generator is designed for short-time work, so it is not allowed to work under the rated capacity for a long time, especially not allowed to run over the rated current to prevent overheating.

For newly installed and long-time unused transformers, use a 1500 megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the coils and the coil to the ground before operation, and only when the resistance value is not less than 0.5 megohms.

7. During use, the step-up transformer and the console must be reliably grounded to ensure safety.

8. The flow should be increased slowly and evenly during use, and excessive vibration should be avoided during transportation.

9. The contact surface between the voltage regulator and the electric brush should be kept clean, and wipe it clean with 90% alcohol dipped in cotton yarn as the case may be.
