Triple frequency transformer withstand voltage
Triple frequency transformer, also called triple frequency generator, is often used in the withstand voltage test of transformers, transformers and other induction coils, such as: voltage transformer for frequency doubling induction withstand voltage test, power transformer for phase doubling Induction withstand voltage test, and induction coil type electrical products for frequency double induction withstand voltage test. In these withstand voltage tests, what matters should the experimenter pay attention to?
(1) The device is equipped with overcurrent protection, which is set at 80% of the rated output current when leaving the factory. When used for small loads, it should be re-adjusted according to the actual conditions of the load. When over-current or breakdown occurs during the boost process, the over-current protection action can protect the product under test so as not to cause the accident of the product under test to expand. The three-phase power supply should be cut off immediately to avoid damage to the three-frequency power supply device caused by the input current.
(2) During the test, if the capacity of the sample is not large, the compensation reactor generally does not need to be connected to the line. If the capacitance current of the test product is too large, the two ends of the compensation reactor should be connected in parallel with the two ends of the test product to compensate the current, thereby improving the power factor of the entire test loop and reducing the output current
(3) Since the equipment is in a state of oversaturation, the access time to the three-phase line should be as short as possible, usually no more than 5 minutes. When testing the product, the test time should not exceed 40 seconds.
(4) When using the triple frequency transformer test device, the output voltage changes from the contactor coil voltage in the control box to 1/3 of the triple frequency transformer output voltage, and the 50HZ power supply cannot be used for this test.
