It has 0.75 times of reliable over-voltage, over-current and zero closure protection functions. The voltage latch function is equipped with a time relay, which can set a timing alarm during the test.

High-current generators are necessary equipment in various industries in the field of electrical debugging, and are used in power plants, substations, electrical manufacturing plants, scientific research, laboratories, etc., and are short-term or intermittent working systems. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, good performance and convenient maintenance.


When unpacking and receiving the goods, please check whether the main circuit terminals are loose and whether the regulator brushes are in good contact. When not in use for a long time, use a 500V megger to check the insulation resistance of the main circuit to the ground before using it. The resistance should be less than 0.5 megohm.


The input voltage of the high current generator conforms to the voltage value displayed on the nameplate (∽220V,∽380V), the value difference should be ±10%, and the frequency is 50HZ. The current-limiting switch does not allow operation with load. During operation, the handwheel should be rotated evenly and slowly to avoid damage to the regulator.


The working time of the high-current generator under full load should not exceed 5 minutes, the working time should be less than 2.5 minutes, but the working time should be greater than 10 minutes. The shell of the high current generator has a ground terminal, which should be well grounded when in use.
