The switchgear partial discharge tester is reliable and flexible. The data acquisition control module can effectively acquire signals, and users can set different acquisition parameters and options according to specific conditions, which is flexible and diverse.


The discharge detection system of the partial discharge tester can detect high-frequency signals generated by working equipment failures, oscillations, leakage, and electrical partial discharges. The partial discharge tester uses the common heterodyne method to convert these signals into audio signals, allowing the operator to hear these sounds through headphones and see the intensity indication on the pointer. Specifically, the partial discharge analysis techniques commonly used in switchgear partial discharge testers include the following:


1. Trend analysis method: Analyze the detection results of the same switchgear at different times, and make a longitudinal comparison to judge the operation trend of the switchgear. Detect the switchgear in the switch room according to a specific cycle, retain the results of each test, and then analyze the trend of changes in the partial discharge state of the equipment based on the test results;


2. Horizontal analysis method, that is to make a horizontal comparison of the detection results of the switch cabinets in the same switch room. If the detection result of one of the switch cabinets is greater than the field background value and the test results of other switch cabinets, it can be determined that the equipment may exist defect;


3. Threshold comparison, that is, provide a judgment threshold, compare it with the detection result of the switchgear, and analyze the result to judge the operating state of the switchgear.


The judgment can be made based on the following basis: when the background value and test value of the switch room are both below 20dB, the switchgear is normal, and the inspection will be carried out again next month; the background value of the switch room is below 20dB, and the test value of some switch cabinets is 20dB ~30dB, pay more attention to the switchgear, shorten the detection period, and observe the change trend of the detection amplitude.


If the background value in the switch room is below 20dB, and the test value of some switchgear is greater than 30dB, the switchgear has partial discharge phenomenon, and positioning technology should be used to locate the discharge point.


In short, partial discharge reflects a certain degree of complexity. Usually, partial discharge is prone to occur in the part with relatively low breakdown field strength inside the insulation, and the electric field distribution inside the insulating medium and the electrical performance of the insulation all play a role in the conditions for the occurrence of partial discharge. The decisive role.
