Transformer on-load tap switch tester operation precautions:

(1) The instrument can be measured with a coil, but it is strictly prohibited to be charged measurement, and disconnect the connection of the test end;

(2) when testing the winding, the non-test end of the transformer should be three-phase short-circuit grounding, and the O end of the instrument should not be grounded;

(3) For a long time not moved on the load switch, the test should be multiple switch, grinding contact surface oxide layer and impurities between the contact;

(4) Before use, the grounding terminal of the instrument must be connected with the ground wire;

⑤. Two or more groups of lines can not be connected together as a way of measurement, the unused lines should be open circuit;

⑥. During the test, do not remove the test line;

All landowners. After the test, close the instrument and remove all wiring.

1. Tape winding test:

(1). Remove the three leads of the transformer under test, and short-circuit the non-test end (usually medium voltage side and low voltage side) to the ground respectively. The yellow, green, red and black test pliers are successively clampped to the A, B, C three-phase and neutral points of the bushings on the voltage regulator side (usually the high voltage side) of the transformer under test, and then the yellow, green, red and black lines at the other end of the test line are respectively connected to terminals A, B, C and O of the instrument.
