Precautions for transformer capacity tester
1. The transformer capacity characteristic tester does not allow the no-load tap changer to be switched during the test or when the power is not discharged.
2. For the test object of inductive resistance, it is not allowed to remove the test wire when the power is not discharged (when the buzzer is sounding) to avoid electric shock.
3. During the test, when the external AC220V is suddenly cut off, the instrument will start to discharge automatically. At this time, it is not allowed to remove the test wire immediately, and the wire can be disconnected after 5 minutes.
4. Low voltage transformer loss parameter tester. If you need to adjust the contrast of the touch screen during use, you can press and hold the left side of the screen with your finger before turning on the instrument. After turning on the instrument, the contrast adjustment menu will appear. You can adjust the contrast according to your needs. The initial value is 25. . Shut down after finishing the operation.
5. When using the instrument transformer capacity characteristic tester, please connect and operate according to this manual.
6. The selection of test menu items should be consistent with the actual test items and wiring. Single-phase test, the current loop is A-phase sampling, and the voltage loop is Ua, Ub sampling.
7. Buttons do not respond: During the use of the touch screen, if there is no response to the buttons, please press and hold the right side of the screen with your finger before turning on the instrument. After turning on the instrument, press and hold the center of the surrounding circle according to the prompts until the coordinates are automatically measured. After the operation is completed Shut down.
8. Please input the correct and reasonable auxiliary parameters before starting the test of the transformer capacity characteristic tester. The internal calibration calculation of the instrument depends on the input auxiliary parameters.
9. The grounding terminal or the grounding end of the power cord should be reliably grounded nearby.
10. The current loop is connected with thick wires, and the voltage loop is connected with thin wires.
