Battery charge and discharge tester operation
Operation steps of battery discharge tester:
1. Wiring
Connect the discharge meter to the battery discharge power terminal. The red wire terminal is connected to the “%2B” terminal of the discharging instrument, the red wire at the other end is connected to the positive electrode of the battery discharge terminal; the black terminal is connected to the discharge instrument terminal, and the black thin wire at the other end is connected to the negative electrode of the battery discharge terminal. After the wiring is completed, carefully check whether the wiring is correct, and pay attention to whether the positive and negative terminals of the battery input terminal are correct and should not be reversed.
2. Pull on the battery inlet switch on the DC charging screen
3. Close the control MCB on the discharge meter and enter the discharge parameter setting
The discharge current is 10A, the discharge time is 9 hours, and the low voltage of the battery pack is set to 198V.
4. Close the discharge circuit breaker on the DC charging screen and start discharging
5. Discharge
During the discharge process, check and record the voltage, current, temperature and voltage of each battery on the centralized monitor every hour; use a multimeter to measure and record the voltage of each battery and the entire battery every two hours. Before the end of the battery discharge (as fast as 9 hours), perform a voltage measurement and record in advance.
6. When the discharge is over, open the discharge switch on the DC charging screen
7. Close the battery inlet switch on the DC charging screen
Manually modify it to equal charge in the controller, and the battery will restore equal charge.
Knowing the operating steps of the battery charge and discharge tester, it is easier and more convenient to use.
