Solutions to common problems of three-channel DC resistance tester for transformers


1. The three-channel DC resistance tester cannot be turned on, and the buzzer keeps beeping as soon as the power is turned on


In this case, please confirm whether the power supply is connected to AC380V or the input power supply voltage is too low.

2. The LCD screen does not light up after the three-channel DC resistance tester is powered on


If this happens, first check whether the power supply is normal, and then check whether the fuse is blown. If so, just replace it with a new one.


3. The screen lights up after the three-channel DC resistance tester is powered on, but the display is abnormal or cannot be displayed


If this happens, please restart first, and then press the reset button once.


4. The test data of the three-channel DC resistance tester is unstable or has large errors


In this case, first check the test line to check if there is any temporary connection or looseness. If it still can't be solved, check whether the prototype is rusty.


5. The three-channel DC resistance tester always displays "Charging..." during the test.


In this case, after troubleshooting the magnetic circuit of the transformer, as long as the current does not change near zero for a long time, you need to check whether the line is open. If the current cannot be charged, you need to check whether it exceeds the measurement range.


6. The "out of range" three-channel DC resistance tester will display "out of range" when the resistance value exceeds 100 euros during the test. At this time, the device will not stop the test and will continue to display the test result, but the measurement result may be incorrect. This is a normal phenomenon.


7. "Overheating protection" means that the temperature will rise after the power supply inside the three-channel DC resistance tester works for a long time or is damaged. Therefore, the "overheating protection" and the test indicating whether the condition can be started are not performed, and the fan is allowed to work for 10 minutes. , Reduce the internal temperature as soon as possible, you can test if you can’t test the power supply may be damaged.
