Instructions for use of loop resistance tester:

1. According to the four-wire measurement method, use the test wire to connect the test product to the instrument panel. Note that the voltage measurement wire should be connected to the inner side of the current output wire.

2. Turn on the AC220V power supply (note: the third wire of the power supply line, that is, the protective ground must be connected to the earth), press the power switch, and the ammeter and resistance meter will display "000" (one digit can be allowed in the unnumbered beat).

3. Press the measurement switch, adjust the current output knob (clockwise) until the current meter head displays "100.0", then read the number on the resistance meter head to be the resistance value of the tested product, and make a record. (If "1" is displayed, it means the measured loop exceeds the range).

4. After the test is completed, turn the current output adjustment knob (counterclockwise) to small, reset the measurement switch, and then turn off the power switch.

5. If you want to repeat the test, just reset the measurement switch, re-clamp the test clamp, and then press the measurement switch.

Precautions for intelligent loop resistance tester:

1. Before turning on the power switch, you should first pop up the test button (in the non-test state), and adjust the current adjustment button counterclockwise to "zero".

2. The instrument should be placed in a dry, ventilated room without corrosive gas.

3. After the test, be sure to wait for the power supply to be discharged before removing the test line and other devices
