The specific steps of using the DC resistance tester:


1. Connect the tested product with the special test accessory cable of the instrument, and connect as shown in the figure below to ensure that the test clamps are reliably connected to the tested product.


2. Turn on the power switch of the tester, the DC resistance rapid tester displays "Welcome" and enters the "range selection" interface. At this time, move the cursor through the "up and down" keys to select the desired test range or To test the current, press the "confirm" key, and the instrument will automatically start measuring.

3. During the test of the instrument, the LCD screen displays the charging progress bar. After the charging is completed, the value displayed on the screen is the DC resistance value of the device under test. At this time, press the "OK" key and the value will be saved and locked. . If the screen displays "Charging" for a long time, it means that the range selected during the previous operation is incorrect. You need to press the "Back" key to return to the previous menu and select the higher test range to perform the test again. If it still cannot be resolved , Please check whether the test circuit is open.


4. On the data display interface of the DC resistance tester, press the "print" key and the data will be printed. After the data is printed, the instrument will automatically discharge. During the discharge process, the LCD screen displays the discharge "discharge complete" and returns to the previous menu .


5. If the tested product is a transformer, please change the test clip to another phase, repeat the above operation to complete other phase tests


6. After the test is completed, turn off the power of the DC resistance tester, disconnect the power cord, discharge the test product, and then remove the test wire clamp.


After the test is completed, the main power supply can be turned off directly. If it is an inductive test product, the wire should not be disconnected immediately after the power is turned off, and the instrument should have a continuous discharge process. Generally discharge for at least 20 seconds, otherwise the back electromotive force of the inductance will endanger personal safety.
