Insulation resistance tester test operation
The insulation resistance tester adopts ultra-thin tension wire meter head, multiple voltage level output, large capacity, strong anti-interference, AC and DC dual purpose (C type), simple operation, and time prompt function. It is an ideal testing instrument for measuring insulation resistance of transformers, transformers, generators, high-voltage motors, power capacitors, power cables, lightning arresters, etc.
The basic operation of the insulation resistance tester before the test:
1. Before the test, the power supply and all external wires of the tested equipment should be removed, short-circuit the tested device, and discharge to ground for 1 minute. If the capacitance is large, discharge it for at least 2 minutes to avoid electric shock and affect the measurement results.
2. Clean the dirt on the surface of the test object with a clean soft cloth. If necessary, clean the surface of the shell with gasoline to eliminate surface leakage current and affect the test results.
3. The high voltage test strip is inserted into the line terminal of the red wire (3), the green connector insertion end (2) GUARD end and the plug end connected to the other end of the probe or fixture under the high voltage conductor device are tested. The sub-line (green) of the test line to (2) GUARD end (right-hand side), the other end on the tested high-voltage grommet device, to eliminate the influence of leakage current on the surface (see "Use of shielding end" with a black The test wire of the sub-wire is inserted into the ground terminal (ground)

6. The high voltage test strip is inserted into the red wire (3) line terminal, the green connector insertion end (2) GUARD end and the other end of the probe or fixture are connected to the plug end of the high voltage conductor device under test. The sub-line (green) of the test line to (2) GUARD end (right-hand side), the other end on the tested high-voltage grommet device, to eliminate the influence of leakage current on the surface (see "Use of shielding end" with a black The sub-wire test wire is inserted into the ground terminal (ground).
