Precautions for using series resonant devices
The working principle of the variable frequency series resonance test device is to use an excitation transformer to excite the entire circuit of the variable frequency series resonance test device, adjust the output frequency of the variable frequency controller, so that the circuit inductance L and the test object C are the complete set of variable frequency series resonance test device, and the resonant voltage is the voltage applied to the test object. The operation method of the complete set of frequency conversion series resonance test equipment is introduced as follows:
1. Cable testing operation:

(1) The complete set of frequency conversion series resonance test equipment is used for the voltage resistance device of 10KV cables. Excitation transformers are generally connected to the low end.
(2) Connect the voltage excitation transformer of the 10KV cable to the lower end of the voltage withstand device for 10KV and 35KV cables. Connect the voltage excitation transformer of the 35KV cable to the lower end.
(3) 10kV, 35kV, 110kV cable voltage withstand devices, 10kV, 35kV cable voltage withstand excitation transformers connected to the low end. 110kV cable withstand voltage excitation transformer connection.
2. Operation of motor withstand voltage test:

(1) The complete set of frequency conversion series resonance test equipment is used for the voltage withstand device of the motor, and the excitation transformer is generally connected to the low end.
(2) The voltage withstand device of the motor and cable, and the voltage withstand excitation transformer of the cable are connected to the low end. Connect the voltage resistant excitation transformer of the motor.
(3) Resonant devices commonly used for motor voltage resistance are compatible with cables with lower voltages.
3.GIS、 Testing and operation of switches and transformers.
When using the frequency conversion series resonance test set, safety is very important. The following will explain the safe use of the frequency conversion series resonance test set.
(1) Wires and electrical equipment must be well insulated, and live parts such as lamp heads, sockets, switches, etc. must not be exposed to prevent electric shock.
(2) It is strictly prohibited to disconnect wires during electric shock or fire.
(3) Household appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, and washing machines should be equipped with grounding sockets according to the requirements of the frequency conversion series resonance test set.
(4) The selection of fuses should be reasonable, and copper, aluminum, or electrical wires should not be used in the event of a fire.
(5) Do not stand on damp ground or wipe live electrical appliances with a damp cloth to prevent electric shock.
(6) Check or replace the lamp head, even if the switch is disconnected, do not touch it directly with your hands to prevent electric shock.
(7) When getting an electric shock, the power should be disconnected first , and then first aid should be given.
(8) When an electrical fire occurs, the power supply should be intercepted first for rescue, and water should not be used directly to extinguish the fire to prevent electric shock.
