Usage and operation steps of the complete set of frequency conversion series resonance test equipment (also known as the power frequency withstand voltage tester)

1. Connect the A, B, and C output terminals to the phase terminals of the tested motor, and connect the low potential terminal (0) to the shell of the tested motor, entering the phase to phase withstand voltage test state;

2. Rotate the power switch to the "ON" position, and the power indicator light will turn on, indicating that the instrument power is connected;

3. During instrument testing, the manual/automatic switch button is usually placed in automatic mode.

4. For the initial setting of the test state, press the setting button once to set the test voltage value. Use the increase/decrease button to set the test voltage value. Press the setting button again to set the leakage current value. Press the setting button again to set the time for the experiment. After setting up, experiments can be conducted. Press the boost/start button, the electric voltage regulator automatically rises to the preset value of the test voltage, the timer starts, and the instrument outputs high voltage. When the timer reaches zero, the instrument automatically drops the voltage to zero, cuts off the high voltage, and the test ends. If the tested motor breaks down during the test time, the electric bell will sound an alarm, the warning light will turn, and the high voltage will automatically cut off and return to zero. You can also press the "emergency stop" button to eliminate the ringtone and return the voltage to zero. After the voltage returns to zero, you need to test again by pressing the reset button to restore the status of the variable frequency series resonance test equipment to the initial setting state at the beginning of the test.

5. If conducting a phase to phase withstand voltage test. Then press the "Three phase to ground", "AB-C", and "A-B" test buttons in sequence.

6. If there is a black boat shaped switch inside the complete set of frequency conversion series resonance test equipment, then this type of instrument has two working states: "normal" and "special". When the switch is pressed in the O position, it is in normal working condition. When pressed at a certain position, it is a special working state. Here we introduce the "special" working state. In special working conditions, the "manual automatic" button needs to be in the "automatic" position. Otherwise, it will fail to start. At this time, after the instrument is started and the test is completed, the voltage regulator will not return to zero, and the high voltage will stop output. The test voltage indicator is zero. After selecting the test item (press "Three phase to ground" or "AB-C" or "A-BC"). Press the "Start/Boost" button again, and the complete set of frequency conversion series resonance test equipment will directly output the previously set high voltage.
