What should be noted for series resonance
Precautions for using series resonance (also known as variable frequency series resonance test device)
1. Before conducting a withstand voltage test using this device, please measure the insulation resistance of the test sample according to the test procedure to confirm that the test sample meets the relevant insulation requirements before proceeding to the next step of the withstand voltage test.
2. Before using the equipment and pressure testing device of the present invention, the traffic rechecking wiring is correct, such as: field transformer (transformer) equipment (transformer) dragging the voltage output cable (cable) line to connect to the lower end of the lowest reactor; The upper connection line of the upper high-voltage output line reactor and a compensating capacitor voltage divider must be kept idle, not close to or around objects, to prevent material discharge during high voltage. Because every small mistake you make can cause irreparable damage to the company's equipment and personnel, which can harm students. And every correction, for on-site safety personnel and equipment, will be so precious;
3. For the safety of personnel and equipment, this device has high requirements for grounding design. When connecting the grounding grid in the substation, the grounding piles, switchgear, transformer (voltage transformer) shells, dirt (soil), rust, paint, etc. should be connected in advance to ensure the effective connection between the grounding wire (also known as lightning protection wire) and the grounding device;
4. The power supply of the equipment (referring to the amount of work done by an object per unit time) should use two live wires of 380V, and the 220V power supply live wire of the instrument should be disconnected from the 380V live wire. Power cords and other equipment should avoid welding to prevent interference. When using a generator to control power management work, the neutral wire should be grounded;
5. If the test sample discharges and the instrument overvoltage protection returns, it will cause damage to the instrument, even though we have conducted countless simulations (defined as virtual tests of real things or processes) or set various protections. However, during the discharge process, there are thousands of other problems from different worlds, coupled with more field equipment, transportation environments, and poor usage conditions. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you take measures to prevent earthquakes and dust during transportation (see the solution to the problem), and read the "Precautions".
