Motor test benches are crucial equipment for ensuring the performance, quality, and reliability of electric motors. Their applications span the entire lifecycle of a motor, from R&D, manufacturing, to quality control. The main application areas include:
1. New Energy Vehicles (Core High-Tech Field)
This is currently the field with the highest technical demands and fastest growth. Test benches are used here for:
Performance Development: Precisely measuring key metrics of the drive motor like the efficiency MAP chart (crucial for range assessment), torque/speed characteristics, and peak power.
Reliability Validation: Conducting endurance, overload, and temperature rise tests, simulating various extreme road and climate conditions.
Controller Matching: Optimizing the synergy between the motor and its controller, and testing regenerative braking (energy recovery) performance.
NVH Analysis: Diagnosing and optimizing Noise, Vibration, and Harshness to improve driving comfort.

Servo & Stepper Motors: Performing high-precision tests for position, speed, and torque response to ensure the accuracy of robots, CNC machine tools, and other automated equipment.
