The DC high-voltage generator under the UHV power company can help many power workers conduct various power tests more conveniently.

1. Replace hydraulic oil every six months and clean the oil tank. Recommended oil must be used;

2. When the air is hot, check if the cooling device starts automatically (when the oil temperature is ≥ 45 degrees). (The cooling water temperature must be below 30 degrees)

3. Clean the air filter while cleaning the oil tank of the DC high-voltage generator;

4. Regularly check the oil filter signal light of the DC high-voltage generator. Once the signal light is on (and the buzzer sounds), immediately clean the oil filter;

5. Fill the lubrication points of the mechanical transmission part of the equipment as required;

6. Regularly observe the condition of the liquid. When the liquid level approaches the lower limit, please promptly add the recommended hydraulic oil to the oil tank;

7. Regularly inspect the dust prevention device of the DC high-voltage generator. If there is any damage or loose connection, it should be dealt with in a timely manner to prevent sand and dust from mixing in and damaging the equipment.
