Knowledge points of high current generators
The high-current generator is a simple and easy-to-use electrical equipment. 2. Working principle of high current generator:
After this series of products is pressed into the working power supply, the output voltage of the voltage regulator can be adjusted to obtain the large current required for the test.
3. How to use the high current generator:
1. Connect the working circuit according to the electrical schematic diagram. Transformer enclosure, console, etc. must be well grounded.
2. Turn on the power, the green indicator light on the console is on. Press the start button, the red indicator light is on, and the upflow device is waiting for upflow.
3. Rotate the voltage regulator evenly clockwise, pay attention to the output current indication on the console until the required high current, in order to ensure the test accuracy, a standard ammeter can be connected in series on the instrument terminal.
4. During the test, once an abnormal phenomenon is found, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the test should be carried out after finding out the reason.
5. After the test is completed, the voltage regulator must be reset to zero, the power supply must be cut off by pressing the stop button, and the working power supply can be cut off before the test wiring can be removed to ensure safety.
Fourth, the large current generator matters needing attention:
1. This equipment is designed for short-term work, so it is not allowed to work under the rated capacity for a long time, especially not to exceed the rated current to prevent overheating.
2. For newly installed transformers and transformers not used for a long time, use a 1500 megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the coils and between the coils and the ground before running, and the transformers can be used when the resistance value is not less than 0.5 megohms.
3. During use, the up-current transformer and the console must be grounded reliably to ensure safety.
4. The flow should be raised slowly and evenly during use, and excessive vibration should be avoided during handling.
5. The contact surface of the voltage regulator and the brush should be kept clean, and wipe clean with 90% alcohol dipped in cotton yarn as appropriate.
6. The high current generator should be placed in a clean, ventilated, dry and indoor storage.
