The high-voltage switch time characteristic tester debugs the high-voltage circuit breaker and judges the fault:


1. The instrument displays the sequence of closing (opening) of the high-voltage circuit breaker and provides the sequence of the tested fractures, and points out the direction for adjusting the synchronization of each fracture of the high-voltage circuit breaker. For example, the three-phase or same phase of the tested high-voltage circuit breaker exceeds the standard in different periods of time. According to the sequence of the closing (opening) of the breaks displayed by the instrument, the break stroke of one phase of the closing (opening) will be adjusted longer, and the closing (opening) will be made The break stroke of the phase is shortened, which can easily adjust the three-phase or same-phase different period time of the tested high-voltage circuit breaker to within the qualified range.

2. According to the instrument's display of the bounce time of the tested high-voltage circuit breaker and the printed current waveform diagram, it can reflect whether the fixed contact of the tested high-voltage circuit breaker is installed concentrically and the contact ablation condition. For example, the bounce time of the tested high-voltage circuit breaker exceeds the standard. On the printed current waveform graph, the curve has upper and lower breakpoints. At this time, according to the length of time the high-voltage circuit breaker is running, it can be judged that the high-voltage circuit breaker is a fixed point. The contact installation is seriously out of concentricity or the contact is severely ablated.


3. According to the travel characteristic curve diagram of the moving contact printed by the instrument, it can be judged whether the mechanism is jammed during the closing (opening) movement of the high-voltage circuit breaker. For example: on the travel characteristic curve of the moving contact printed by the measured high-voltage circuit breaker, if there is a pause on the recorded curve waveform, at this time, it reflects the closing (opening) electromagnetic mechanism or transmission of the high-voltage circuit breaker There is jam phenomenon in the mechanism. According to the distance and time coordinate on the travel characteristic curve of the moving contact, the distance position and time of jam can be roughly judged.
