Calibrate the resistance tester in three steps
The resistance tester includes microprocessor management technology, and the measurement data accuracy requirements will be further improved in order to ensure the safety of a process that can be used. Used for system testing of DC resistance of transformers, motors, transformers and other equipment. Temperature change range: working environment temperature 5 degrees Celsius to 49 degrees Celsius. It has the advantages of high precision, good repeatability, single key operation, simple and easy use of resources, and the calibration analysis method of the resistance tester is mainly introduced.
Step 1: Open the cover and carefully cut off the wires on the board connected to the power switch. Look for the three calibration regulators at the bottom right corner of the circuit board; under this environmental condition, let the meter for at least 1/2 hour, and then start the test after it is balanced.
Step 2: Connect one end of the cable to the alligator clip and the other end to the banana plug. Connect both ends of the resistor with alligator clips. Three calibration regulators, the upper part is the "humidity" measurement, the middle part is the "impedance", and the lower part is the "temperature adjustment with a small screwdriver". The clockwise direction is adjusted according to the added value, and the counterclockwise direction is adjusted according to the decrease.
Step 3: Press the power switch and compare the values of "temperature", "humidity" and "resistance" at the same time.
The digital ground resistance tester is specially designed and manufactured for on-site ground resistance measurement. Adopting new digital micro-processing technology, three-wire or two-wire method to measure grounding resistance, with unique line resistance detection function, anti-interference ability and environmental adaptability, ensuring high precision, high stability and reliability of long-term measurement. It is widely used in electric power, telecommunications, meteorology, oil fields, construction, lightning protection and grounding resistance measurement of industrial electrical equipment.
The grounding resistance tester has a unique wire resistance verification function, which can more accurately measure low-value grounding resistance and avoid errors caused by long-term wire resistance changes in the test line; it can avoid errors caused by the test line not being fully inserted into the instrument interface or poor contact; Can avoid errors caused by user replacement or extension of the test line.
