Test steps of loop resistance tester:

1. Connect the AC power cord, current cord, and test cord to their respective sockets. (Note: When connecting the tested product, the loop resistance test current line should be connected to the inside of the test current line and as close as possible to the tested contact. At the same time, ensure that the loop resistance test line and the test current line have the same polarity

2. When connecting the current wire, the test wire and the resistance under test, pay attention to the current wire and the test wire not to be twisted together, and should be kept as far away as possible.

3. Turn on the power switch, the instrument self-checks for 10 seconds, and then displays the main menu, you can measure the micro-ohm value of the loop resistance and the test current value.

4. Measurement modes are divided into single pulse, three pulse and arc burning tests.

5. Single pulse test:

Press the OK button to enter the test mode setting: press the button to adjust the test mode to single pulse, then press the OK button to enter the single pulse measurement and display the measurement result, press the print button to print the measurement result, the measurement process is complete.

If you need to terminate the measurement during the measurement process, press the reset button. Press the set button to return to the main menu.

6. Three pulse test:

Press the OK button to enter the test mode setting: press the button to adjust the test mode to three pulses, and then press the OK button. The instrument enters the pulse measurement and displays the measurement result. Press the print button to print the measurement result. The measurement process is complete. (As shown in Figure 5; 6 above), if you need to terminate the measurement during the measurement process, please press the reset button. (A total of three single pulse measurements are performed for pulse measurement, and the average value of the three measurements is automatically calculated) Press the set key to return to the main menu.

7. Arc burning test

Press the OK key to enter the test mode setting: press the key to adjust the test mode

The formula is arc burning, continue to press the OK key. The instrument enters the arc burning test sub-menu. The arc burning test is divided into 15s, 30s, 60s and custom (0-60s). Press the key to adjust the arc burning test time, press the OK key to confirm, and continue to press The OK button starts the measurement, and the measurement result is displayed in 1s. Press the print button to print this measurement result. The measurement process is completed. If you need to terminate the measurement during the measurement process, press the reset button. Press the set button to return to the main menu.
