Precautions for Wiring of DC Resistance Tester
What are the precautions for the wiring process of the DC resistance tester
For electrical equipment, the correctness of the wiring during use will directly affect the normal operation of the equipment in the later period. The DC resistance tester is no exception. Therefore, every user of the DC resistance tester must learn to connect. I'd like to introduce for you the points that need to be paid attention to during the wiring process of the DC resistance tester.
1. Connect the DC resistance tester to the external AC220 power supply with a power cord, and connect the grounding terminal to the earth with a grounding cord.
2. For three-winding transformers, after testing the high and low voltage windings, connect the four test clamps of the high voltage test line (longer) to the medium voltage side for testing.
3. When testing a two-winding transformer, connect the four test clamps (yellow, green, red and black) of the high-voltage test line (longer) to the A, B, C, and O bushings on the high-voltage side, if only A, B, C Three bushings, the black test clamp can be suspended; the other end of the test line is connected to the terminal of the instrument. Connect the three test clamps (yellow, green and red) of the low-voltage test line (shorter) to a, b, c, and bushings on the low-voltage side, and connect the other end of the test line to the terminal of the instrument.
4. For single-phase transformers, connect the yellow and green test clamps in the high-voltage test line (longer) to the high-voltage side of the single-phase transformer, and connect the yellow and green test clamps in the low-voltage test line (shorter) to the single-phase transformer. On the low-voltage side of the transformer, the other end of the test line is connected to the terminal of the instrument.
In the initial design of the DC resistance tester, the dedicated test line of the instrument has involved the current and voltage lines on the same jaw. Therefore, the wiring of the DC resistance tester can be said to be very simple, which is also the advantage of the DC resistance tester. One, in addition to the above advantages, the DC resistance tester also has a good performance in the following aspects:
1. Automatic program-controlled current source technology. The various current combinations mentioned above start with a minimum of 0 and a total of 1000 current levels, which are automatically controlled by the internal microcontroller according to the measured resistance, so as to achieve a relatively wide measurement. Range and ideal measurement state.
2. The functional configuration is highly flexible. It can be used for three-phase measurement, two-phase measurement, and single-phase measurement. The output current can be combined arbitrarily. For a 3x10A tester, it can be combined into 10A+10A+10A, 20A, and 10A methods. Very convenient.
3. The measurement speed is fast. For the high-voltage star side of the on-load tapping transformer, there is no need to cut off the power or reverse the line. The three-phase resistance of all taps can be measured after one power-on. The low-voltage side can adopt the 20A high current method, which can shorten the measurement time and improve the work efficiency.
4. All measurement results can be stored or printed. The instrument has a built-in non-power-off memory, which can keep the measurement data for a long time and can be consulted or printed at any time.
5. Highly intelligent design, ingenious and advanced function settings, which can automatically judge the faults such as the virtual connection of the test line.
