Troubleshooting Methods of DC High Voltage Generator
1. Failure phenomenon: After the power switch is turned on, the indicator light and the meter head are not bright, and the fan does not rotate
Reason: the power cord is open, or the power fuse is blown
Treatment method: replace the power cord and insurance
2. Trouble phenomenon: After the machine is turned on, the high-voltage break button light is on, but the high-voltage switch button does not light up when pressed
Reason: adjust the voltage potentiometer knob is not reset
Treatment method: reset the voltage adjustment potentiometer knob to zero again
3. Trouble phenomenon: Press the high-voltage switch button, the indicator light is on, but the high-voltage switch indicator does not go off, release the high-voltage switch button, the high-voltage switch indicator light
Reason: The internal protection circuit of the host has acted (overvoltage, overcurrent or power protection)
Treatment method: adjust the fixed value of the overvoltage setting dial code to an appropriate value, and then restart the device
4. Trouble phenomenon: After pressing the high-voltage switch button, the voltage is boosted, the high-voltage break indicator light is on, and the high-voltage is disconnected.
Reason: high voltage output short circuit
Treatment method: check whether the tested product is short-circuited
5. Failure phenomenon: During the boosting process, the high-voltage break indicator light is on and the high-voltage disconnect
Reason: Discharge or breakdown of the tested product causes overcurrent protection to act
Solution: Check the tested product and restart the device
