Precautions for partial discharge detection

time:2020/8/14   source:华天电力  reading:895 time

1. Before making any connection operations, first ground the ground terminal of the instrument.

2. Before each test, after the instrument is connected, the instrument should have a warm-up time of not less than 5 minutes. The instrument should be well protected to prevent corrosion, avoid direct sunlight, and stay away from strong magnetic field sources during testing. The instrument should avoid strong vibrations, and anti-vibration measures should be taken during transportation.

3. The keyboard interface is an RJ-45 interface, which is similar to a general network cable interface, which can be inserted directly, and the plastic shrapnel needs to be pressed and pulled out.

4. Zero standard input interface: provide external zero standard signal for the instrument, the method is: the test power voltage is reduced to 10V~240V through the voltage divider, and this voltage is input to the zero standard input terminal. Note: the input voltage of the zero standard unit must not be Exceeding 10V~240V. When the test power supply and the instrument power supply are in phase or the test power supply and the power frequency are strictly synchronized, you can use the zero mark inside the instrument and pay attention to calibrating its phase.

5. Under conditions, the test product is placed in a shielded room, and pressurized equipment and instruments are placed outside the shielded room, which can effectively prevent interference.

6. The instrument should be kept away from the test product at least 7 meters. When the baseline interference is relatively large, a metal mesh protective fence can be added between the instrument and the test product.

7. It is strictly forbidden to plug and unplug the interface when power is on. When plugging and unplugging any interface, the instrument is strictly prohibited from being turned on. Turn off the switch before plugging and unplugging the interface.

8. The ground terminal of the detection impedance should be well grounded to avoid introducing high voltage. In order to avoid the influence of interference, the connection between the detection impedance and the test product should be as short as possible. The detection impedance should be selected according to the capacitance of the test product. Refer to the instruction manual for the specific method.

9. After the calibration of the square wave is calibrated, the connection must be removed to avoid high voltage breakdown during the test, and the power switch should be turned off after removal. The calibration square wave is powered by a rechargeable battery. When there is no power, the indicating red light is off, and the square wave will be inaccurate. At this time, the square wave calibrator should be charged. Note: Each charge should be carried out when the square wave calibrator is out of power (that is, the red light indicator turns off when it is turned on), do not charge when it is powered, and the charging time should not be too long, generally 10-12 hours and the green indicator light is off. Sometimes in order to ensure that the charge is fully charged, the square wave can be turned on deliberately to discharge, and then charge.
