At the end of October, with 16 years of production qualifications and excellent sales and after-sales team, Huatian Power ushered in the end of the year, and gained a lot! Recently, the marketing department sent another good news, and Vietnamese customers reached a cooperation with Huatian Power to purchase a batch of our equipment.

The equipment in this batch includes HT-802 Protection Relay Test Set,ZGF Integrated DC Hipot Tester, GTB AC/DC Hipot Test Set , XC Control Cabinet, HTZZ-10A Transformer DC Winding Resistance Tester,SMG7000 portable three-phase power quality analyzer, etc.

After the customer sent the order, our company immediately coordinated the production departments to organize the stocking. Up to now, this batch of equipment has been completely produced, and has undergone strict quality inspection. After being packaged on November 12th, all of them were sent out!

The client company was established in 2003, and its main business is to provide comprehensive process solutions for pumps, valves, flow, liquid level, pressure, analysis, temperature, recording and digital communication in all walks of life. In addition, the client company also involves two major business segments, including: 1. Treatment (environment, pharmaceutical, power and energy, oil and natural gas); 2. Test and measurement (automobile and shipyard, metal, machinery industry, electronic products, etc.).

At the end of last month, the customer contacted Manager Qiao of Foreign Trade Department of Huatian Power and sent a message indicating that some equipment was urgently needed. After receiving the message, Manager Qiao immediately replied and asked the other party to send the product list and specific requirements so as to better select the most suitable equipment for him.

Subsequently, the customer sent the specific equipment information. According to the information provided by the other party, our company has related products. Then carefully check each product parameter and select the equipment that best meets the customer's needs. Through communication, I learned that this customer was originally introduced by an old Vietnamese customer of our company, had a certain understanding of our company's strength and service, and trusted Huatian Power.  

We are very honored to learn this news, which proves that our customers are very appreciative of our equipment and services. As this customer was introduced by an old customer, our company gave the other party a more favorable quotation and detailed equipment parameters. In addition, the customer wants to know whether our equipment meets the ISO standard. Our company will send the obtained ISO quality, environment, occupational health and safety certificates and other related certificates to the customer, and the two sides have repeatedly communicated on related issues.

Since the budget of the other party's equipment purchase is not much, in order to solve the customer's price concerns, after many negotiations, our company finally gave the price terms that satisfied both parties. After a week's technical review and approval by the superior, the customer said that the project should be completed before February next year, and it is expected that the order will be placed only two months later. Our company understands and agrees. Unexpectedly, after only one week, the customer asked our company to send the contract, and both parties finally reached a cooperation!
