Intelligent Conductivity Salt Density Tester is a special instrument to measure the Salt Density attached to the surface of the insulator (hereinafter referred to as "Salt Density"), as well as the Conductivity and temperature of the solution, which is used for anti-pollution flascope test of the power system. Complete machine is widely used in electric power, teaching, scientific research and other related industries due to its high measurement accuracy, large measurement range and convenient use.

The classification of pollution grade and the drawing of pollution grade distribution diagram are the basis of anti-pollution flashover work, and the accurate pollution grade distribution diagram is the basis for selecting the outside insulation creep distance of electrical porcelain of power transmission and transformation equipment. Surface equivalent salt density value of insulator is a quantitative data to judge the severity of insulation pollution of electrical porcelain, and it is one of the important bases to classify pollution level and draw pollution zone map. Therefore, salt density measurement is of great significance to the safe operation of power system.
