The transformer winding deformation tester has two test methods, frequency response method and low voltage short-circuit impedance method, and uses two different methods to measure the winding of the power transformer, fully reflecting the winding characteristics of the transformer, and more accurately analyzing and diagnosing the winding deformation. Two test methods, frequency response method and impedance method, are perfectly combined, saving test time and improving work efficiency.
The transformer winding deformation tester (frequency response method) is used to test power transformers and other special purpose transformers with voltage levels of 66kV and above, which are inevitably subjected to various fault short-circuit current shocks or physical impacts during operation or transportation. Under the strong electric force generated by the short-circuit current, the transformer winding may lose stability, resulting in local distortion, bulge or displacement and other permanent deformation phenomena, which will seriously affect the safe operation of the transformer. The instrument according to the national power industry standard DL/T911-2016, the international electrical standard IEC60076-18 using frequency response analysis method to measure the transformer winding deformation, is by detecting the transformer each winding amplitude frequency response characteristics, and the detection results are compared vertically or horizontally, according to the amplitude frequency response characteristics change degree, Determine the possible deformation of the transformer winding.
Transformer winding deformation tester (low voltage impedance method) is an intelligent instrument specially used to measure the impedance characteristics of large and medium-sized transformers. Article 15.2 of Document [2000] 589 issued by the State Power Company "Twenty-five Key Requirements for Preventing Major Accidents in Power Production" stipulates: "Low voltage short-circuit impedance test or winding deformation test by frequency response method should be done for transformers with voltage grades of 110KV and above before leaving the factory and putting into operation to retain original records." 15.6 stipulates: "After the transformer suffers a sudden short circuit in the near area, it should be tested by low voltage short circuit impedance or by frequency response method to test the winding deformation, and compared with the original record to determine that the transformer is no fault before it can be put into operation." The impedance measurement of low voltage short circuit can accurately reflect the impedance change of transformer before and after winding deformation. The measuring instrument adopts high precision synchronous AC sampling of voltage and current and digital signal processing technology such as FFT, and the measuring data is accurate and stable. The instrument adopts three-phase automatic measurement or single-phase measurement, the low-voltage side is reliably short-circuited, input transformer parameters, the instrument can automatically test, automatically calculate each phase impedance and impedance error percentage. The voltage and current waveform is displayed during the test, which is more suitable for field use.
The system consists of measurement part and analysis software part, the analysis part is completed by the laptop, the measurement part is connected to the laptop through the USB cable.
