Dc resistance measuring instrument is an indispensable test project for transformer after handing in pick up, overhaul and change sub-pick up switch. Through measurement transformer, pick up or pick upquality of outgoing line can be checked by winding dc resistance of group, whether there is short-circuit or open circuit between turns of winding group, and whether pick up contact of sub-pick up switch is good, etc. QJ44 double-arm electric bridge was used to measure the direct resistance in the past, and the measurement rementcurrent of this type of electric bridge is milliamps, so the measurement time is very long and the precision is low. In order to change this situation, shorten measurement time and reduce work burden of test staff, our company developed Dc resistance measuring instrument.
Dc resistance measuring instrument is a high precision successor to Dc single - armed bridge. Instrument adopts advanced switch power supply technology, and its measurement speed is more than 100 times faster than the bridge. The show part consists of 4-1/2 LCD LCD showmeasurement results, 3-1/2 LCD LCD showenvironment temperature or testcurrent value. It overcomes the disadvantages of other similar products, such as LED show value inconvenient reading in sunlight, and has the automatic arc extinction function. Dc resistance measuring instrument has the advantages of fast measuring speed, high precision, direct show, strong anti-interference ability, small size, low power consumption, stable and reliable testdata, free from human factors and so on. Instrument contains rechargeable battery group (14.8v), crossover and dc dual-purpose, convenient for scene and field test.
