Common faults of DC high voltage generator:

Fault 1. Turn on the power switch of the DC high voltage generator. Neither the power indicator nor the green light is on?

Failure analysis: check the power fuse, power cord and power switch;

Solution: If any of them are damaged, please replace them in time.

Fault 2. After turning on the power switch of the DC high voltage generator. The power indicator flashes green and is accompanied by a buzzer.

Failure analysis: A is not grounded. B grounding is unreliable. The generator power used by C or the power supply through the isolation transformer of the switch cabinet.

Solution: A is grounded. B. Check whether the grounding wire is reliable and re-ground it. C. If the power supply is changed by 1/1 isolation or the spontaneous power supply is used on site, the power supply must be connected to the ground artificially.

Fault 3. After turning on the power switch of the DC high voltage generator. The power indicator green light is on, and the high voltage indicator red light is off (high voltage cannot be closed).

Failure analysis: A regulator is not in the zero position. The B overvoltage setting switch is set to zero. C The high-voltage indicator light may be damaged.

Solution: A put the potentiometer back to zero. B overvoltage setting switch is set to the voltage value required for this test. C Check if the high pressure indicator light is damaged, replace it.

Fault 4. The indication of the high-voltage digital microammeter is always zero during the use of the DC high-voltage generator.

Failure analysis: A high-voltage digital microammeter may be damaged. B microammeter output line may be short-circuited. The output line of C microammeter is in poor contact.

Solution: Return the A microammeter to the factory for repair. B. Check the output wire of the microammeter, and re-solder if there is a short circuit. C Check the output line of the micro-ammeter and the contact-type power switch of the micro-ammeter. If there is any damage, please replace it in time.
